TUITION AND FEES FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR

 

 

K-5th Grade

1. Enrollment Fee: $250

Accident Insurance $25 Students are covered by an accidental injury policy that covers accidents occurring during the school day or school activities.
Yearbook $30 The oldest child in the family is required to purchase a yearbook. Parents may opt to not purchase a yearbook for younger siblings.

Payment Schedules

Financial Aid

  1. Families who meet income qualifications receive a Family Assistance Grant which reduces their monthly tuition to $95.
  2. Families with multiple children enrolled receive a tuition rebate to ensure that tuition payments do not exceed $350 per month.
  3. Families may participate in our school work program. For each hour worked, the student receives a credit of $7.25 toward tuition. Family members and students who are 14 or older are eligible to participate.
  4. Additional financial aid is available for families. Mt. Carmel School has a mission of seeing students academically equipped and spiritually transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit through Christian education. Therefore, we want to see all students who wish to come to Mt. Carmel School to be able to do so, regardless of family income. If you have concerns over your ability to afford Mt. 6th-8th Grade Day Students

1. Enrollment Fee: $850-$960 for grade 8, $865-$975 for 9-10, and $940-$1,050 for 12

These fees are charged to students who participate in varsity sports. Students who plan to join a sports team will be required to sign up at the beginning of the year. Students may also join at the beginning of sports season, but they will be charged a $25 late fee. Students who sign up for a sports team and are then unable to participate in the sport will receive a full refund if they withdraw from the team before the season begins.

4. Personal Expenses

Personal Expenses We discourage students from keeping large amounts of money in their room. You may choose how much to send. Parents may send money for their student to use during each semester. Students may withdraw from this account during the year to pay for personal expenses. Any money that is not spent is returned to the student at the end of the semester.

Payment Schedules

  2. Tuition and Room/Board fees are divided into semester payments. Payment for the first semester is due by August 1st. Payment for the second semester is due by the last day of the first semester.
  3. The personal expenses deposit is due 10 days before the start of each semester.

Financial Aid

  1. Families who qualify will receive the Family Assistance Grant, a rebate of $1,620 from room and board.
  2. Students may participate in the Student Work Program. By working 8 hours per week, students can earn approximately $2,000 per year toward their school fees. Students can apply to work up to 12 hours per week in order to increase this amount.
  3. For special circumstances, families may apply for additional financial aid. This is granted on a case by case basis according to individual family need.

 

8th-12th Grade International Boarding Students

1. Enrollment Fee: $2,355-$2,465 for grade 8, $2,370-$2,480 for 9-10, and $2,445-$2,555 for 11-12
